Terms of Use
Version 2 · Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Replaces the booking terms in effect since July 1, 2026.
These terms apply to the website at https://www.orlandofootcarenurse.com and to the patient application, OFCN Patient Journey, at https://app.orlandofootcarenurse.com. Orlando Foot Care Nurse and the person using the website or the application are the parties. The scheduler calendar is named Orlando Foot Care Nurse LLC.
1. Acceptance
A person accepts this version by booking an appointment and checking the required terms box, by creating an account or signing in to the patient application, by sending the contact form once that form has a required terms box, or by checking out a store booking once checkout has a required terms box. The record of acceptance is this version and the time of the action.
A written consent to publish a patient's photograph, signed with the nurse, is a separate document. Accepting these terms does not authorize publication of a patient's image.
2. The visit
I understand that this service is non-medical, routine foot care provided by a licensed Registered Nurse.
I understand that this service is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.
I confirm that I do not have any contagious foot conditions, infections, or open wounds requiring medical treatment.
I understand that if a condition is identified that requires medical attention, I may be referred to a physician or specialist.
I agree to provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for the in-home visit.
I understand that the provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.
I understand that service is provided within Orlando and nearby areas (approximately 20–25 miles). Appointments outside this area may be declined or subject to an additional travel fee.
I understand that payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service.
Cancellation policy: At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Photographs of the nurse
Photographs of the nurse on the website are AI-edited. This applies to essentially all of those photographs. They are marketing images.
4. Patient photographs
Patient photographs are published only when the patient has signed a written consent with the nurse. That consent authorizes publication on social media, the website, the patient application, and similar places. The patient signs that consent with the nurse.
5. Payment
Square is the principal payment method. When Square is available at the place of the visit, Square is the only payment method for that visit.
A new visit at the patient's home may be paid by Zelle, tap to pay, an open account from Square, or cash.
6. Privacy
A privacy policy is not published yet. Information collected to book and provide a visit is used for that visit, for payment, and to contact the patient about the appointment.
